Optional learner agreement
Your image.
Your choice.
TrueLane will not publish a recognisable photograph, video, testimonial or identifying detail for promotion unless you have made a clear written choice first.
Before anything is published
A specific choice—not a blanket permission.
This agreement is for optional promotional use. It is separate from routine dashcam recording used for road safety, security, insurance or incident evidence. Complete it only after the particular photograph, video, words or other content has been identified.

2. What may TrueLane use?
Tick every item you agree to. Leave anything you do not agree to blank.
3. How may you be identified?
TrueLane will not publish an address, telephone number, email address, driving-licence information or another unnecessary personal detail.
4. Where may it appear?
Permission applies only to the channels ticked below.
5. What you are agreeing to
- You give TrueLane a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use the specific content only for the purposes and channels you selected.
- You are not transferring ownership of your image or any copyright you hold.
- TrueLane may make reasonable crops, size changes, subtitles, colour adjustments or short edits, but will not use the content in a misleading, degrading or materially different context.
- TrueLane will not sell the content or license it to another organisation for that organisation’s own marketing. Providers used to host, print or publish TrueLane material may process it on TrueLane’s behalf.
- No payment is due for the selected use unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
- TrueLane must obtain fresh consent for a materially different use, channel or piece of content.
6. Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent for future use at any time by emailing info@truelane.co.uk. TrueLane will stop new use and remove the content from channels it controls as soon as reasonably practical, normally within 30 days.
Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful use unlawful. TrueLane cannot guarantee removal from printed material already distributed, copies shared by other people, search-engine caches or third-party platforms outside its control, but it will take reasonable steps where possible.
7. Confirmation
I have seen or had the opportunity to review the content described above. I understand that consent is optional, I can leave any option blank, and I can withdraw consent for future use.
